Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: We ship within 24 hours of cleared payment except on Sundays and holidays.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Service Page and click on Account History. This page lists all your orders. Click on the date of the order that you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How long will an International package take?
A: Unfortunately we have no way of knowing a time frame for each country. You can however go to www.USPS.com and enter your country info and from us (Georgia, USA 30022) and find the time from them but that does not take into consideration the time taken by your country's postal service. Thank you.
