Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to bring you very competitive prices, we will only accept returns for wrong, defective or incorrectly described items.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns of cut chain, broken strands, beading kits, books or partial lots of any kind.
Returned items must be in original condition, original packaging and unused.
